PRE-WEDDING: We work behind the scenes to organize the dainty details, create a seamless wedding day timeline, coordinate all logistics with vendors, and find ways to incorporate so-you personal touches. Our level of hands-on planning support varies based on the package you choose.

DAY OF: Our team will expertly manage the timeline, partner with vendors to ensure the proper setup, and keep everything running according to plan, and we’re always at the ready with our fully stocked wedding day emergency kit.

Offered as an add-on to any package, Signature Wedding Design is for couples who desire an elevated and cohesive look and feel for their wedding.

Through our detailed design process, we get to know your wedding goals and priorities, your love story, your passions, and your style, and we blend all of that into your dream wedding. It’s all about intentional details and thoughtful personal touches.

Signature design services include:

  • Vision Development and Budget Allocation meetings.

  • Curation of all visual aspects of your day including color palette, wedding party attire, invitations, centerpieces, linens, flatware, glassware, charger plates, lighting, floral installations, ceremony backdrops, signage, seating and lounge furniture, etc.

  • Development of guest experience enhancements such as favors, welcome bags, specialty desserts, champagne walls or wine pours, grand exits, interactive elements, etc.

  • Sourcing of all design-related vendors and rental/decor companies.

  • Ongoing collaboration and attendance at all meetings with design-related vendors, including rental showroom visits.

  • Coordination of rental/decor deliveries and confirming final orders & item counts.

  • Day-of management of the Decor & Design Plan.
