Abby & Will’s Stunning Summer Wedding at Willow Brooke Farm
Abby and Will had the most perfect summer wedding at Willow Brooke Farm! Located in Red Wing, Minnesota, we love Willow Brooke Farm because of the venue setting and aesthetics. This isn’t a typical barn wedding at all.
At Willow Brooke, couples enjoy a modern and spacious barn — the White Willow Barn — with tall ceilings, sparkling chandeliers, and stunning windows. It’s an absolutely gorgeous reception space, with a touch of rustic charm! The property itself features beautiful rolling hills and a vineyard, which is one of the ceremony site options, and a pavilion and courtyard for guests to enjoy pre-ceremony and during cocktail hour.
To show off the beautiful venue they picked, Abby and Will intentionally chose a minimalistic approach to their wedding decor. The space felt light and airy, decorated with pillar candles, fresh white roses, and delicate greenery (thanks to the mother of the groom!). It was simple and elegant, and the neutral color palette let the rich reds and rubies of the bridesmaids’ dresses stand out!
Our favorite part of the day was the couple’s outdoor ceremony. The sky was so blue, the weather was comfortably breezy, and it was seriously the most perfect July day you could ask for in Minnesota (we have proof!). Abby and Will chose to read their vows privately during the first look, and that didn’t make their ceremony any less emotional. Abby was so giddy walking down the aisle with her dad, and it was clear Will felt the same! One of our beloved vendor friends, Emma from Liz Rae & Co., officiated the ceremony, and Abby’s brother played guitar while the couple poured two colors of sand into an hourglass to symbolize their marriage. After their vows were exchanged and the couple was officially married, the couple began the party by playing flip-cup with their wedding party! It was such a fun day!

Halfway through the day I realized I had no idea what time it was, because Lily was making sure everything was happening exactly when it needed to be. It was truly the most stress-free process, and I know everyone who uses HappiLily will have this experience.”
